How much does it cost to build a custom home in the Texas Hill Country?
Our projects range from $250 to $800 per square foot, depending on build level, foundation and lot slope, and your selections. Because we most often build on a cost-plus basis, the size of the home and the finishes you choose play the largest role in your final cost. After you complete our questionnaire, we provide a detailed line-item budget so you know where every dollar goes.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Our average build time is 10 months from groundbreaking to move-in. Depending on the size and complexity of the home, construction can range from 8 months to 2 years. Design and permitting take at least 3 months, and up to 6 months in some jurisdictions depending on their permit queue.
Can you build on my lot?
Yes. We build on client-owned lots throughout Burnet, Llano, Blanco, Travis, Lampasas, and Hays counties, and we can help evaluate a lot before you buy.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. As a design-build firm, we handle floor plans, elevations, and selections in-house, so design and budget stay aligned from day one.
