A Hill Country Limestone Ranch by Current Custom Homes
Park Road 4 Ranch sits among mature live oaks along Park Road 4 in Burnet, minutes from Longhorn Cavern State Park. The home looks out over the hills toward Marble Falls. It pairs old-world materials with clean, modern lines. Tall gables and black-framed glass give it a simple, strong look from the street. A sweeping concrete motor court curves up to the front entry.
Imagination Designs of Temple, Texas, custom designed the home in partnership with Current Custom Homes. The outside is wrapped in Level 3 German-smeared limestone, installed by LMJ Stucco. A hand-applied mortar wash softens the stone and gives it a timeworn, European look. Smooth alabaster stucco sits next to the stone and brightens the porch and second level. Williamson Roofing installed the roof, which mixes architectural asphalt shingles with standing-seam metal. The mix adds depth and defines each part of the home.
Tongue-and-groove pine soffits warm both the front and rear porches. Reclaimed gray barnwood from Southwest Timberworks adds character and history to the exterior. The front porch is lit by Visual Comfort sconces and centers on a custom front door by Cantera. A full Western Window Systems package fills the gables with floor-to-ceiling glass, linking the inside to the Hill Country views. Clopay glass garage doors keep the modern look going and let in natural light.
Inside, 24-foot ceilings make the main living spaces feel open and full of light. White oak cabinets run throughout the home and add warmth to every room. A private home gym lets the owners work out with a view.
The grounds use native, drought-tolerant plants, river-rock beds and a fresh lawn, framed by the existing oak canopy. The home was placed carefully on the site to catch the long views toward Marble Falls.
Every part of Park Road 4 Ranch was planned to feel timeless, grounded and true to the Hill Country. It's a custom home where craftsmanship, materials and setting work together.
