Lake Travis Modern Lakehouse

Marble Falls, Texas

This custom home in Marble Falls, overlooking Lake Travis, is still under construction and is being built with durability, efficiency, and long-term performance in mind.

The home is constructed with CMU exterior walls, wrapped with two 1-inch layers of continuous exterior foam insulation. Over the insulation, a ZIP System rainscreen assembly provides an additional layer of moisture management and drainage behind the exterior finish. All exterior penetrations are carefully detailed with QuickFlash flashing products to help create a tighter, better-protected building envelope.

The exterior is finished with James Hardi Specialty Shiplap siding, giving the home a clean, modern look that fits naturally into its lake setting.

A full Western Window Systems package brings in expansive natural light and connects the interior living spaces to the views of Lake Travis. The home is topped with a standing-seam metal roof by Williamson Roofing, providing both a sharp architectural profile and long-term durability.

The elevated outdoor living areas are supported by a custom steel deck structure by Rockin R Iron and finished with TimberTech decking for a durable, low-maintenance surface well suited for Central Texas weather.

The home’s mechanical system is being completed by Wayne’s Air, while Lakeline Gutters is handling the exterior gutter and drainage system.
